Introduction
Sword Heart Offline is a Japanese reclist with English extras, used for my own voicebanks and for voicebanks recorded by non UTAU users. It was designed for voicebanks that can be recorded with line-by-line assistance, then configured by an experienced UTAU user. The main priority was to reduce recording time, which is more comfortable in hot weather, puts less strain on the voice, and enables recording more pitches and expressions in a short session with a voicer.
This reclist can be thought of as a spiritual successor to LEXYS, since versions B and onward are based on a 6 vowel system. "Sword heart" comes from the older kanji name for the Toushin organization, "offline" refers to how it's recorded with voicers in-person, and the whole name is a vague parody of "sword art online". (I've never read or watched SAO.)
The SHO Phonemizer for OpenUtau allows users to input plain English words as lyrics, then automatically process them into the appropriate phonemes. It currently supports version E only, but support for other versions is planned.
There are currently no plans to release the reclist by itself for public use. You are welcome to take inspiration from voicebanks using the reclist.

For Japanese vocals, this functions as a Japanese CV rentan voicebank. Use [- CV] notes at the start of a phrase, when there are no immediate previous notes.
Use [CV] notes in the middle of phrases, which will blend slightly with the previous note. If the blend isn't perfectly smooth, you may want to experiment with adjusting the starting point (STP) and overlap.
